Welcome to SOHL’s foundational training. Here, you’ll learn basic techniques to improve your health and effectiveness, and ultimately the health of your organization. The evidence is in: Wellness is the future. In this session, the SOHL team will teach you evidence-based self-care skills that consider your unique needs.


  • Personalized self-assessment of your 7 Sources of Health (Purpose, Body, Mind, Creativity, Emotions, Community, and Environment).
  • A general understanding of the ROI of a systematic approach to self-care practices for your organization.
  • Access to SOHL’s training website, which is a wealth of information on wellness practices and the future of healthcare.

This immersive training is comprised of 7 modules that include an introduction to the 7 sources of health, community self-care, burnout prevention, and much more.

Training Options

The SOHL team caters to your organizations needs and timelines. Available options include:

  • 2-hour training: Modules 1 & 2
  • 4-hour training: Modules 1-4
  • 8-hour training: Modules 1-6
  • 2 Day training (15 hours): Modules 1-7
